STEP 1: SCHEDULE A VISIT

• To book a tour, please fill in your information on the Contact page.
• Your information will help us to better understand your childcare needs.
• ​The Director will email or phone you within 24-48 business hours to set up a date & time for your visit or to add your information onto the waitlists.

STEP 2: AT THE TOUR

• You will get a program overview and information sheets at the tour.
• Ask questions! We want you to have everything you need to make the right decision.
• Space availability is reviewed at the tour. Registration package will be provided upon request.
• Get on our waitlist at no cost if you are interested.

STEP 3： REGISTRATION

• You will be contacted once space is available, and book a date/time for registration with the Facility Manager.
• Please read our Policies & Procedures to ensure you understand and agree to our policy & procedures.
• Please fill out the Registration Form for your child/children before coming in for the registration appointment. (Registration Link)
• You will sign a Parent Contract agreement and make Payments for registration fee and security deposit to secure the spot at the registration appointment. 
• You will get a list with items you need to prepare for your child's first day.
• The Facility Manager will discuss with you about a gradual entry plan to help your child transition into the program.
• You will be provided with paperwork to apply for Affordable Childcare Benefit upon request.
• We will answer all your questions at time of registration to make sure you are confident about joining us!
